With over 25 years of experience spanning both medical and behavioral health sectors, Jeremy has held key leadership roles including Business Office Manager, Medical Practice Manager and Director of Operations. Since joining Skywood at its grand opening, he has contributed significantly to its development and success, serving as Business Office Manager, Assistant Administrator, Interim CEO and currently as CEO. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling and a master’s degree in business administration.

Toby Hilton, is the Director of Plant Operations, overseeing all facility-related functions including dietary, maintenance, grounds, environmental services, information technology and fleet management. With 23 years of experience, Toby brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse background primarily in hospitality management, transitioning into behavioral health and substance use inpatient treatment over the past decade. Known for leading by example and a hands-on approach, Toby is committed to fostering a healing and healthy environment for patients by supporting and empowering employees.

Danielle is a dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Skywood Recovery. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and bringing 23 years of extensive nursing experience, she has established a strong track record in nursing leadership, patient care excellence, and team management. Throughout her career, Danielle has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing quality healthcare services, fostering collaborative work environments and implementing evidence-based practices that drive positive outcomes for both patients and staff.
As a compassionate and effective leader, Danielle is passionate about mentoring nursing staff, supporting professional development and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements. She has been a valuable member of the Skywood Recovery team since March 2024.
Lindsay M Allen PA-C
Chief Physician Assistant
Lindsay completed her undergrad in her home state of Michigan at Albion College. She continued onward to complete PA school at Wichita State in Kansas. She practice for several years in family medicine as well as urgent care. Lindsay has a passion for working with individuals struggling with addiction as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. She has done this in both outpatient and residential environments. She enjoys the residential environment most where she can be more hands on and have daily interaction with her patients. Lindsay find enjoyment in participating in the transformation of each patient from admission to discharge. Helping those who are struggling with addiction is a passion and opportunity she truly feels fortunate to play a part in. Lindsay also hopes through her work to help build awareness and reduce stigma related to addiction and mental health.

Sara Tigay comes with over 15 years of experience within the SUD field promoting access to care for individuals and families, trauma treatment, and true understanding of the nature of co-occurring disorders. Quite a skilled presenter, Sara brings humor and humility to her every-day interactions which in turn facilitates more connections amongst staff and clients.
