Outpatient treatment can be a great option for both individuals who may not need the structure of residential treatment, or as a step-down for those who have recently completed an inpatient program. At Skywood Royal Oak, we specialize in treating the unique needs of adults struggling with co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders both in-person and virtually. Our service model includes integrated treatment and recovery support services working with patients from an individualized treatment approach.

From confidential assessments and physician-directed medication management to integrated educational sessions and holistic options, everything we do at our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is based on our evidence-based continuum of care model.

Through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and proven methods, Skywood Royal Oak guides you in your path to recovery using a stage-matched approach. Available services include supportive and effective therapy for trauma, grief, anger management, and co-occurring mood disorders.
